Important health disclaimer. FitPlanMatch provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. The plans, calorie estimates, and macro figures we generate are rough starting points, not prescriptions. The Service may reference or rely on third-party tools or content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
